He brings over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry which lends great value to his responsibility for the development of new sales and acquisitions for the Company.
Over the years some of the accounts Mr. Sandoval has worked with on their complex solutions are companies such as Dreamworks, CarsDirect, Pepsi, and ARCO, to mention a few.
Under Mr. Sandoval's leadership, Netixs has transformed itself into a Disaster Recovery Solutions Provider for the WAN. He takes great pride in his responsibility to lead Netixs in understanding and meeting the goals of their customers to improve the reliability and efficiency of their information and communications technology. His personal commitment is to ensure that customers and shareholders are satisfied with the company's services, management and customer service.
He brings relevant experience and leads a team of experts dedicated to delivering industry-leading infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

His 26 years of experience in the technology industry lends tremendous value to Netixs. Prior to joining us, Paul was in charge of business development at MarquisNet, a colocation facility in South Las Vegas. His expertise was instrumental in the growth of MarquisNet. After he joined MarquisNet in 2004, it took Reynosa two years to bring the facility to full occupancy and create significant positive cash flow.
Prior to joining MarquisNet, Reynosa held a number of positions with prominent national and international technology firms such as the Nevada Land Technology Investment Group, Globix Corporation, Pac-West Telecom, Frontier Communications, and Sutter Health.
Some of Reynosa's accomplishments with these organizations include increasing sales by more than 300 percent, developing B2C calling-card technology for the retail market, and developing high-level solutions for new technologies.
During his career, Reynosa also co-founded his own company, DACDL, and served as President. A research marketing firm, DACDL was an active member of the National Consultant & Vendor Relation Liaison Association. Under Reynosa's direction, the company grew to over $15 million in gross sales in just six years. Reynosa holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as specialized coursework in telecommunications and electronics.
He brings more than 25 years of telecommunications industry experience in system design engineering of copper and optical fiber infrastructures for various OSP and ISP applications.
Dr. Rivera has had a varied work history, involving all facets of the communications and data industries. From planning, design and implementation, he has participated either as an integral engineering asset, project manager or as a project principle. Although considered a Layer 1 Specialist, he is well versed in the OSI Model or application “stack” involving Layers II & III.
Some of the projects Dr. Rivera has worked on are the Oakland Unified School District Computer System Design and Installation, the United States Naval and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the Verizon FIOS (fiber-to-the-premise) System and the Comcast Optical Fiber Implementation.
His education has taken place not only in the classroom but also on the job. Dr. Rivera has had much field experience and knows not only theory but practical application. His education is cross-disciplinary in nature.
Dr. Rivera holds a PH.D in Optical technology & Infrastructure Management; and a Master of Science in Telecommunications management. And lastly a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering all from Brunswick University.
He is an expert in IT strategic planning and implementation, especially in the fields of software system development and integration, data mining and data visualization.
Teddy has served as an IT manager in various industries such as retailing, online marketing, hospitals and medical device manufacturing. He has successfully tailored unique IT systems and solutions for specific business needs and achieved outstanding return on investment. He has also been actively involved in design, implementation and testing of various software development projects that promoted business functions as an integrated whole. His extensive knowledge in IT allows us to maximize business operational efficiency and promote our core business competency.
Teddy holds several degrees: MBA from University of California, Irvine; B.S. Computer Science, minored in Mathematics and Economics from Brigham Young University, Hawaii, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude; B.A. English from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China.
He has been involved in the telecommunications field since the birth of the Internet and data traffic.
With over 30 years of experience Mr. Orr has been instrumental in the start up of a number of firms such as Clearvoice LLC, as a Principle, the Managing Director of Clearvoice USA and the President of Clearvoice Philippines. Worldwide Communications and Primoris International, Inc. have both known him as a Principle and President. Internationally, Mr. Orr is the Senior Vice President of Maximum Multi Media in Nigeria.
Mr. Orr has consulted over the years to other companies, such as Jewel Ember and Telesphere Networks. He is and has been an engineering consultant to Verizon Networks for over 6 years. Construction implementations are nothing foreign to him, as John was the National Construction Manager colo.com in 26 states with facilities ranging from 38,000 to 68,000 square feet. He has also served as the Senior Systems Engineer for Pihana Pacific at major data centers in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Hawaii and Sydney, being held responsible for the integration of multinational corporations into these data centers.
Mr. Orr has a number of very high profile projects under his belt while with AT&T, and with the Department of the Navy at Point Loma, North Island, San Diego. John was also involved in the OC3 backbone deployment in the USA as the National Construction Manger, ATM NET, in conjunction with Sprint and Super Group CIO and H2H (how 2 connect).
