Our objective is for your organization to return to normal operations as soon as possible after an outage. This is done through our two phase approach with a six stage system for our disaster recovery solutions for the WAN. Our intent is to restore the network that supports mission-critical networks and critical business processes as swiftly as conceivable.
PHASE ONE
Stage one......Network Impact Analysis
The network impact analysis identifies weak points (circuits) in the WAN and the impact (cascading effects) it can have on the enterprise.
Stage two......Risk Assessment
Building a risk assessment framework begins with diagnosing the probability of an occurrence (outage) and the consequences (costs).
Stage three......Recovery Time Objective
We provide a detailed recovery plan to restore the outage which includes notification, trouble ticket resolution and escalation process and procedures.
PHASE TWO
Stage four......Network Monitoring
We monitor network performance proactively in real time, so you can identify problems before they become emergencies.
Stage five......Notification Procedures
The notification procedure defines the primary measures taken as soon as a disruption or emergency has been detected or discovered.
Stage six......Trouble Ticket Resolution
Submit and manage trouble tickets of outage to the carrier and drive to resolution.
To achieve these targets, you need the right foundation to support critical business processes. Our service and solution offerings target the specific needs of organizations that must maintainthe critical resources on which their company depends. All six Stages work in tandem with both Phase one and two.
